As Owner of MY SPECIAL ASSISTANT, Suzanne Kauss’ idea was to develop
a company that is available when you need assistance by making one phone
call/sending one email…..and at a reasonable price! Her experience as a
mom and in fact for many years a working mom she knows there are not
enough hours in the day to get everything done.
Suzanne was raised in McHenry for most of her younger years and is part of
an old-time McHenry family. She went West for college and returned to
McHenry to own and operate The Toddler Shop on Elm Street for 9 years.
During that time Suzanne was active in the McHenry Chamber of Commerce
and Zoning Board of Appeals, receiving the Person of the Year Award for the
City of McHenry.
After selling the business she went to other parts of the world to pursue a
corporate career. Suzanne has now returned to her roots in McHenry and is
again in business as developer and owner of MY SPECIAL ASSISTANT.
